Our Process
STEP 1. CHOOSE A BASE
Choose from Poke Bowl, Poke Salad or Burrito and pick your base from Brown Rice, Sushi White Rice, Brown Rice, Sushi Brown Rice, Quinoa (+$1)
STEP 2: PICK YOUR PROTEIN
Choose between Raw or Cooked protein. We offer 5 different raw protein, such as Tuna, Salmon and Yellowtail and almost 10 different cooked protein from Organic Tofu to Eel (+$1), Crab Meat, Chicken, Pork Belly and Baby Octopus.
STEP 3. MIX-INS
Pick 6 from the 13 mix-ins we offer!
You’ll find not only Edamame, Red Cabbage, Mango, but also Seaweed and Kani Salad.
Whatever you like and whatever you want, we have it all here!
STEP 4: GRAB A DRINK!
